Risk disclosure

Know the exposure.

Futures carry substantial risk

Futures are leveraged. Losses can exceed the amount initially committed. Nasdaq futures can move quickly, and liquidity, fees, slippage, and gaps affect execution. Consider whether futures trading is appropriate for your circumstances.

A level does not guarantee a fill

Published entries, stops, and Take Profit targets describe research levels. They do not confirm broker execution or guarantee an outcome. A stop may execute worse than its stated price; some order types may remain unfilled. A breakeven research update does not guarantee a zero account loss after costs.

Notifications can be delayed

Email arrival and publication are different events. Conditions may change before you read a message. Check the dashboard’s current status and timestamped history. The dashboard is a research record, not a continuously updating market-data feed.

Examples are hypothetical

Illustrative diagrams and preview alerts are separate from actual member records. They do not show live execution or historical returns. No verified win rate, profit factor, or strategy performance is claimed. Past performance, if later presented with a defined method, would not guarantee future outcomes.

Trailing-stop management

Manually trail SL as appropriate to help protect gains and reduce the risk of losses. The website does not move broker orders. Trailing can close a position before TP, and fees, slippage and gaps can still cause a loss. Historical reports must disclose their actual stop-management assumptions.

CFD quotes and exposure differ

The research can also be used with Nasdaq CFDs such as NAS100 or US100. These are broker-specific products, not CME futures contracts. Check quote differences, lot value, spread, financing, hours and trading permissions before applying any reference level.

You make the trading decision

The service does not connect to your broker, place orders, or assess your finances. You remain responsible for your quantity, account exposure, execution, and suitability. Seek qualified advice where appropriate.
