Getting started
What the membership offers, and what you need.
What is NQ Research House?
A membership platform for Nasdaq futures research. Published alerts describe a LONG or SHORT scenario with entry information, a stop loss, targets, and subsequent updates. Public educational guides explain the context. Research is not a promise of a profitable trade.
How does the service work?
An administrator publishes an approved setup to the member dashboard. Incoming TradingView events remain private until reviewed and approved. Eligible email notifications are queued separately when delivery is enabled. The website keeps the original levels and later updates together. See the member experience.
What exactly am I subscribing to?
Research access includes published alerts, their update histories, and the member Trade Archive while your trial or paid access is active. There is no guaranteed number of alerts, return, or trading outcome. Public guides remain available without a membership.
Is this a course or a trading-signal service?
The membership is a research-alert service with supporting educational material. It does not include a trading course, Discord group, paid TradingView script, brokerage service, or automated trading. Private strategy source code is not distributed.
Do I need trading experience?
You need to understand futures contracts, leverage, order types, execution costs, and the possibility of substantial loss before considering a trade. These guides do not replace that preparation or individual advice. Reading research does not require placing an order. Start with the contract guide.
Do I need TradingView?
No TradingView subscription is required to read the member website or eligible email alerts. You can use your own charting platform to assess the market. The website does not connect a member’s TradingView account or supply an invite-only indicator.
Do I need a particular broker?
The website does not connect to a broker and does not place orders. If you choose to trade, you are responsible for selecting an appropriate broker, confirming the exact contract and trading permissions, and managing your orders. No broker is endorsed by this help page.

Levels, updates, delivery, and quiet sessions.
How are LONG and SHORT signals generated?
A published signal describes a specific research scenario and its approved levels. Research interests include trends, pullbacks, momentum, breakouts, and market structure; these are not all validated or active strategies. Incoming strategy events require administrator review before publication. Explore the research concepts.
Which markets and brokers can I use?
The service can be used with CME futures brokers (NQ and MNQ) and Nasdaq CFD brokers (such as NAS100 or US100). Alerts use an NQ or MNQ reference. CFD quotes, lot values, costs and trading hours vary by broker; confirm the instrument and quote difference before using a level. Read the market foundations guide.
Which sessions do we research?
Research covers the New York session only. A session label describes the research context, not a guarantee of daily coverage. Publication and update times are displayed with their timezone; New York uses America/New_York with daylight saving. Check the exchange calendar for holiday hours.
What do SL and Take Profit mean?
SL and Take Profit (TP) are predetermined for each published setup: the initial stop-loss level and planned target level. They describe the setup, not guaranteed execution prices. Read the entry, direction, original levels, and current status together. Learn to read an alert.
When should I move my stop loss?
As a trade develops, manually trail your SL as appropriate to help protect gains and reduce the risk of losses. Follow published signal updates and manage the order in your own broker platform; the website does not move stops for you. Trailing a stop can close a position before TP. It does not guarantee protection from losses: fees, slippage and gaps still apply. Original published levels remain in the record; signal updates document revisions. Read the trade-management guide.
Do we scalp?
We do not scalp. Our objective is to capture moves of at least 100 index points when a suitable setup develops. This is a research objective, not a promised move or profit. We take 0–2 trades per New York session, depending on the setup. Some sessions have no trade; we do not force an entry to meet a quota.
How are updated trade levels displayed?
The original entry, SL, and Take Profit stay in the record. A revised stop or other change is added as a dated event with its note where provided. Open the trade-detail page to see the sequence. An update’s reported event time and its website publication time may differ.
What happens when a trade is cancelled?
The alert becomes cancelled and remains in the Trade Archive with its dated event. It is no longer shown as an active setup. Cancellation does not cancel an order or close a position in your brokerage account; you remain responsible for those actions.
Do I have to take every signal?
No. An alert is research information, not an obligation to trade. Your available price, experience, financial circumstances, other exposure, and current market conditions matter. Standing aside is an option, including when an alert is late or unclear.
Why are there days with no signals?
Market conditions may not produce a suitable approved setup. We take 0–2 trades per session based on the setup, including sessions with no trade. No active signals is different from a failed connection: the dashboard distinguishes the last publication from its latest feed check. Check service status if you suspect a technical problem.
Can alerts arrive late?
Yes. Review, network delays, email queues, provider processing, and inbox filtering can affect timing. An older email may arrive after a later update. Check the dashboard’s current status and timestamps before considering a setup; an email does not guarantee that the published entry is still available.
Are trades executed automatically?
No. The website publishes research and reported updates. It does not submit, change, or close broker orders, confirm your fills, or calculate your personal account result.
Performance & risk
Read the evidence and understand its limits.
Are strategies guaranteed profitable?
No. Futures trading can produce substantial losses. We do not currently publish verified performance statistics or claim a validated edge for every research concept. A larger target or a high historical win rate does not establish future profitability. Read the measurement standards.
What does historical backtesting mean?
A backtest simulates defined rules on past data under stated execution assumptions. Data quality, information available at the decision time, commissions, slippage, and the treatment of ambiguous fills affect the outcome. Read a backtest critically.
Is a backtest the same as real trading?
No. Historical simulations, alerts genuinely published before outcomes, and verified brokerage transactions are different records. They should be evaluated separately. A price touching a level in a chart or a reported event does not prove that a member received a fill there.
How are losses recorded?
Every genuine publication remains in the Trade Archive, including alerts later reported stopped, closed, cancelled, or expired. Later events do not overwrite the original levels. A stop report is not automatically a calculable realized loss: points results require documented execution assumptions and inputs.
Can I review previous alerts?
Members with active research access can search and filter the Trade Archive, open full dated histories, and export the filtered member-visible records within the export limit. No real publication means an empty record; preview examples are separate and do not establish performance. Open the Trade Archive.
Can I lose money trading futures?
Yes. Futures are leveraged, and losses can exceed the amount initially committed. Stops can fill worse than planned; some order types may remain unfilled. Smaller MNQ exposure still carries risk. Read the risk disclosure and assess suitability independently before trading.
Are research outcomes the same as my brokerage results?
No. Your receipt time, entry and exit fills, quantity, partial exits, commissions, and slippage can differ. Published levels and reported events are research records. Keep your actual account transactions separately; the website does not verify them.
Membership & billing
One trial, one membership, clear payment choices.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your one-time website trial starts at registration and lasts 14 days. Email verification does not restart it. Research access is available during the trial; signal email eligibility also requires verification and enabled preferences, and delivery must be enabled by the service.
Is a credit card required?
No card is collected for the website trial. Paid membership is a separate, deliberate purchase when checkout is available.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. Trial expiry does not create a paid subscription or charge you. If you later choose a paid Whop membership, its recurring billing terms apply until you cancel according to the displayed terms.
How much does membership cost?
The paid membership is $59 USD every 30 days. The website trial is separate; there is no additional paid-plan trial. Review the final checkout total and applicable terms before purchasing.
How do I subscribe?
Sign in and open Account & access. Paid checkout opens after your original website trial ends so you receive the full 14 days. Use the membership button to continue to secure checkout when enrollment is enabled. A return from checkout alone does not grant paid access; membership must be verified.
How do I cancel?
For an existing linked paid membership, use Manage billing in Account & access to open the hosted management page when configured. Follow the cancellation options and confirm the renewal status there. A verified cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period retains access until that period ends. Contact support if billing management is unavailable.
What happens after the trial expires?
Research alerts and the member archive require renewed access. You can still sign in to review account access, manage preferences, and choose membership when checkout is available. Expiry does not charge you automatically.
How can I manage payment details?
Use the hosted billing page for your linked membership. The website does not collect your card details. Do not send payment details, account passwords, or API keys to support.
Technical help
Notifications, sign-in, mobile access, and support.
How do I receive email alerts?
Verify the email address on your account and enable Receive signal emails in the dashboard or Account & access. Your research access must also be active. Delivery uses Resend when configured and enabled; an email in the queue has not necessarily been sent, and provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery.
What if I don’t receive an email?
Check spam and filtering, then confirm your verification, research access, and signal-email preference. Open the dashboard for the current record and check service status. Delivery may be delayed or disabled during preparation. If the issue persists, email support with the signal ID and approximate time; never include a password or secret key.
How do I change notification preferences?
Sign in and change Receive signal emails in the dashboard or Account & access. Turning it off disables future signal-email eligibility; it does not cancel your membership or remove website access. Messages already accepted by a provider may still arrive.
Does the website work on mobile?
The public pages and member interface support smaller screens. Wide archive tables scroll horizontally so the original levels remain readable. Use a current browser and check connectivity; background tabs and mobile networks can delay feed refresh or notifications.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Check that you are using the registered email address and the correct password, then try signing in again. There is currently no self-service password-reset flow. Contact support for assistance without sending your password; do not create duplicate accounts to restart a trial.
How do I contact support?
Email support@nqresearchhouse.com. Include the issue, the relevant signal ID if available, and the approximate time and timezone. Do not include card details, passwords, private webhook URLs, or API secrets. No response-time guarantee is published.
